1 can Asparagus, cut
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Eggs, beaten well
1 c. grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Set baking dish in a pan of water. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
