1lb. top round steak, trimmed
1c chopped onion
2T chopped fresh parsley
2T Dijon mustard
3/4 t salt
1/2 t dried dill
1/2 t black pepper
1 (8oz) pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, ninced
1/3 c all-purpose flour
1c beef broth
1 (8oz) container reduced fat sour cream
2 c hot cooked egg noodles

-Cut steak diagonally across grain into 1/4 in thick slices. Place steak and next 8 ingredients into slow cooker. Stir well.

-Place flour in small bowl. Gradually add broth and whisk until blended. Add to slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on low 7-8hrs.

-Turn off and remove lid. Let stand 10 min. Stir in sour cream.

-Serve over cooked egg noodles.
