1 TBSP. sugar
1/2 cup warm water
5 TBSP. yeast

10 eggs
3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TBSP. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 TBSP. orange juice
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a small bowl.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and add sugar, salt, vanilla, orange juice and lemon juice.
Scald milk and butter, pour into a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Let rise in bowl until doubled. Grease bread pans and fill with dough. Let rise for 1 1/2 of more.
Bake at 325 deg. for 40 - 45 minutes.
