1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 med. onion – diced
˝ bell pepper – diced
1 can Hunt’s Special Sauce with diced tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
˝ tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Basil
2 tsp. Italian Seasonings
1 can Diced tomatoes – if you want lots of tomatoes
1 Bay leaf
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat in frying pan. Drain off all grease by dumping meat in a colander. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft in olive oil

Dump meat into pan and add all other ingredients.

Bring to a bubbling boil, then turn down to simmer for 2 hours. Check to make sure you don’t need to add water – you well may, as you don’t want it dry – but juicy.
