Ingredients:  
1 Green Pepper (medium) – chopped
3 stalks celery – chopped
1 onion (medium) – chopped
2-3 pods of garlic – minced
Olive oil
½ -1 cup water
1 can chopped tomatoes with seasonings
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 ½ lbs. Shrimp – cooked and peeled
1 tsp. Sugar
Worchester sauce, chili powder, basil, salt and pepper, 2 bay leaves, oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté green pepper, celery, onion, garlic in olive oil – 10 minutes or until soft.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, all seasonings and water.
Bring to slow boil; reduce heat to med. Low, simmer with top on for 45 minutes.
Add cooked shrimp and simmer 5 minutes (until shrimp are hot).

Serve over rice.
