6-8 large red potatoes cook, peel, chill, grate
1 stick of margarine melted
2 cups grated medium-sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
6 tablespoons chopped green onions
salt and pepper
dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and cheese.
Add melted margarine.
Add sour cream, chopped onions and seasonings.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
