7 oz. can red salmon remove bones and skin
1 egg beaten
Ritz crackers crushed
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon.
Combine salmon, egg and seasoning.
Add enough cracker crumbs to shape and hold patties together.

Put patties into hot oil and fry until golden brown, turn once (about 5 minutes each side).
