Ingredients:  
1 lb. Ground beef (lean ground round, low fat)
1 slice bread
1 egg beaten
cup milk
1 Tbsp. Worchester Sauce
1 Tbsp. Ketchup
Salt and Pepper
Strip of Bacon optional

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread in bottom of mixing bowl and pour egg and milk over it mash bread up with spoon.
Add meat and other ingredients and mix.
Add strip of bacon on top.

Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
