A batch of sugar cookie dough
1 egg white, slightly beaten
sliced almonds
sugar
2 inch heart shape cookie cutter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sugar cookie dough into hearts and place on wax paper. Freeze for 5 to 10 minutes until firm. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Cut a 1 inch long slit at bottom of heart. Spread apart slightly to from wings. Brush with egg white and attach almonds, press down gently. Sprinkle with a little sugar.
