Cover bottom of pan with graham crackers. In a saucepan melt
1 cup butter
½ cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
Cook until boils stirring all the time. Add
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup rolled graham cracker crumbs
Pour over the whole graham crackers and top with another layer of graham crackers.
Frost with
½ cup butter or oleo
2 cup powder sugar
Store in refrigerator.

This is one of the most unusual cookies you will make. Mom always got lots of compliments on them. I have several friends that got the receipe from mom and bring them to events. Just make sure you store them in the refrigerator.
