1 cup (dry) small elbow macaroni noodles -cook in salted water - yields 3 cups
2 cups milk (not skim)
3 eggs beaten
3 cups grated cheddar cheese (Mild or sharp
1 tsp. Dry mustard
1 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain noodles. Mix eggs and milk together with dry mustard and pepper.
In round casserole dish, layer bottom with macaroni then 2 cups of cheese then remainder of macaroni then cheese. Pour liquid on top.
It will seem there is not enough macaroni and too much liquid dont worry.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Check at 45 minutes to make sure its not too brown. If so, turn oven down to 300.
