1 Whole fryer (3-4 lbs)
1 sm. Onion - diced
2 stalks Celery – diced
2 whole carrots
2 Pet-ritz frozen pie crust – thawed
2 hard boiled eggs – sliced (eggs-optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper chicken, place in large pot and cover with water. Add vegetables. Bring water to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
Pour broth into a bowl.
Let chicken cool, then pick off bones.

Place all chicken in pryex dish, pour broth to cover chicken. Place pie crust on top. (it will be floating)
Bake 325 for 1 hour.

Boil 6 chicken breast (same as whole chicken) & less to pick off bones

Buy chicken broth (2 boxes) to use instead of broth chicken cooked in - less fat
