3 - 8 oz. Philly Cream Cheese
1 - 8 oz. Sour Cream
2 - tbs. Lime Juice
1 - Bunch Green Onions chopped fine
Sprinkle Red Pepper or Cayan Pepper
2 - pkg. lg. Flour Tortilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften Cream Cheese
Mix Sour Cream, lime juice & red pepper
Spread thin - put alot on edges
Roll - Chill 3-4 hours then cut
Serve with Salsa
