2 cups whip cream
2 eggs
2 TBSP. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients until thick enough to roll out.
Roll 1/2'' thick and cut into squares. Put onto greased pan.
Bake at 425 deg. for 15 - 20 minutes.

These are very good, of course the whip cream does add to the goodness. When I make these for my family I use creamo instead of whip cream. Oma loved the rich flavor, so it was whip cream for her.
