1 box (15 oz.) Raisin Bran
5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
5 tsp.soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 cup shortening melted(Crisco in the can)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Cover and store in frig. until ready to bake. As long as 5-6 weeks. Bake in muffin tins filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

I bake all of mine at once and freeze if necessary. thaw as needed.
