1 1/2 lb.ground beef( I use 1 lb.) 1 cup chopped onions 1 clove garlic 6-8 oz. mushrooms,I chop them. 30 oz "recipe ready" Italian tomatoes 12 oz. tomato paste 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 oregano dash hot pepper sauce 1 tsp. sugar
Cook meat,onions and garlic until brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer a minimum of 2-3 hours,stirring occasionally.
