2 lbs. Talapia
3 T. mayo
4 T. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 cups Parmesan reggiano cheese,grated
onion powder
basil
celery salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and slather on fish. Broil 5 min. (for a thin fillet) turn and slather the other side and broil for another 5 min. More time for thicker fillets.
