cook bacon until crispy and set aside put some oil in pan and cook potatoes until tender or use bacon grease instead of oil. stir in sour cream and add bacon(break into small pieces) now add eggs,some salt,pepper and some butter and stir. Once eggs are cooked then top with shredded cheese until melted.
