8 oz.box elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
15 oz. can Spanish style tomato sauce
8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2-3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on the box, drain. Cook beef, green pepper and onion in skillet until browned and vegetables are tender. Drain, mix with macaroni and add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Pour all in greased baking dish, then sprinkle sugar over the top and press into casserole ingredients. Bake at 350º F. for 45 minutes.
