WASHED & DRIED
3 GREEN ONIONS SNIPPED
1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
16 OZ IMITATION CRAB OR
MORE TO TASTE.

Directions:

MIX CRAB , ONIONS & 1/4 CUP
PARMESAN CHEESE & MAYONNAISE
..LIGHTLY SAUTE BOTH
SIDES OF MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER.
REMOVE FROM PAN ..STUFF CAPS
WITH MIXTURE. PLACE IN A
UNGREASED SHALLOW PAN. BAKE
AT 325% IN OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES
THEN SPRINKLE CAPS WITH PARM-
SESAN CHEESE & BROIL FOR 3
MINUTES. ----NOTE: I USE
REGULAR PKS OF MUSHROOMS FOR
