Fajitas Recipe

1 pkg. Flour tortillas
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
sliced into ¼” strips
1 med.-lg. Onion – sliced thin
1 bell pepper – sliced in ¼” strips
1 sm. Pkg. Fresh sliced mushrooms
Shredded lettuce
2 sm. Chopped tomatoes
sour cream – sm. 8 oz. Carton
1 sm. Jar of Salsa
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
guacamole – already prepared

BEEF – Use thin round steak or thin sirloin strip.
Cut into ¼” strips.

Use large frying pan. Sauté onion, bell pepper, mushrooms in olive oil until soft. Add chicken strips and continue cooking until done.
Let everyone assemble their own after putting all ingredients in small bowls
Heat tortillas in microwave for 1 minute or less.

Follow directions for chicken
(Often times you can find strips already cut in the meat case)
