teaspoon powdered ginger
1 cup long grain white rice
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups cold water
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes.

1 cup diced, cooked chicken
1 cup thawed frozen green peas
cup chopped celery
3 stalks green onion
cup parsley
cup bell pepper
cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder
Combine with rice.

Top with-
cup slivered almonds brown on top of stove in butter
