8oz. package cream cheese
can eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese soften to room temp.
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with electric mixer until all lumps are out.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

May serve with strawberries or other fruit.

Grasshopper Pie-
Simply add 2 drops of green food coloring and use chocolate piecrust.

Do not freeze.
