1 (15 oz) pkg. cream filled cookies
1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1/2 c. butter softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz) cool whip
1 pkg. gummy worms

Crush cookies; put half in plastic flower pot or 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip. Mix puddings with milk. Fold the two mixtures together with worms and pour over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs and one or two worms. Chill before serving.
