1 pound fresh green beans olive oil bacon salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350º
Trim ends off the green beans but leave them long. Blanch for 4 minutes. Toss green beans with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Take 5 green beans and wrap a piece of bacon around each bundle; secure with a toothpick. Roast for 15-17 minutes until bacon is crispy. Remove toothpick and serve.
