6 green bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked rice.
8 oz. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, clean out, boil 6 green peppers in salt water for 5 minutes, drain. Mix ground beef, onion, salt, garlic salt and cooked rice. Stuff peppers with mixture, place in ungreased pan. Pour remaining meat over and pour tomato sauce over top. Cover with foil, bake at 350º F. for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
