3-4 lb.pork roast or Boston butt salt and pepper. yellow based barbecue sauce
Rub thoroughly with salt and pepper. Pour generous amount of yellow-based barbecue sauce over meat. Place in covered casserole dish or Dutch oven. Bake at 350 for 3 hours. Let cool, remove fat, pull meat off bone, shred or cut up. Add more sauce.
