1 pkg 16oz. tri-color pasta
2c frozen green peas
2 plum tomatoes, chopped or one red bell pepper, chopped
1c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3c prepared pesto sauce
Fresh Basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Add peas during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain in colander. Rinse under cold water to cool. In large bowl combine pasta, peas, tomatoes and cheese. Stir in pesto to coat. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Makes a delicious summertime lunch.
