2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter- melted
juice and rind of 1 lemon (3 tbsp lemon juice)
Pet Ritz pie crust
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rind and juice over heat until dissolved
Mix and put in Pet Ritz pie crust.

Bake at 350 for 30 -35 minutes
