1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. each diced potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli
3 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers and onions in butter. Add vegetables, water, bouillon, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to boil. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Just before serving, stir in cheese until melted.
