1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. margarine
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Shape into 16 - 20 balls. Brown lightly on all sides in hot margarine. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
