1 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 egg 1 c. milk 2 chicken breasts Oil Buffalo sauce
Heat oil in fryer or skillet. Combine dry ingredient. Combine egg and milk. Cut each breast into chunks. Dip chicken into egg and milk then dry mix. Repeat to double coat. Fry chicken to 160º internal temperature. Coat with buffalo sauce.
