1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. thinly sliced onion
2 tsp. flour
1 c. beef broth
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 patties. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry patties and onions until patties are no longer pink inside. Remove patties to plate and keep warm. Sprinkle flour over onions and drippings. Stir in with a fork, scraping bits of beef off the bottom of skillet. Gradually mix in broth. Season with seasoned salt. Simmer and stir over med-low hear til gravy is thickened. Turn hear to low, add meat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
