Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck or round
1 8oz size tomato sauce
1 sm can red kidney beans
1 med white onion
2 of 3 mid raw potatoes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
When I fix this for Doug & Julie I cut the ingredients in half at least the amount of meat & spuds. You can also use some left over gravy in this and if desired one of those 8 oz size tins of solid pack tomatoes. Just layer everything and I usually end up with beans & some sauce on top
This takes a good 1 1/2 hours to cook.
