Salmon Patties Recipe

2 cups salmon
1 med chopped onion`
2 tbls butter
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tea dry mustard
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

Drain salmon reserving 1/3 cup liquid
flake meat
Cook onion in butter add liquid and 1/8 cup break crumbs, eggs, parsley, mustard and salmon mix well
Shape into 6 patties Pat in Bread crumbs
Melt 3 tbls shortening cook over med heat until done .
Service with cheese sauce
