1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans
1-1/4 cups chunky salsa
1/4 cup chopped green chilies
8 flour tortillas, warmed
8 slices American cheese (or cheddar)
Taco sauce and shredded lettuce, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the chili, salsa and chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Spoon about 1/2 cupful of beef mixture on each tortilla. Top with cheese, roll up. Serve with taco sauce and lettuce if desired.
