Broccoli 1 T. butter 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup chives 2 T. chopped parsley 1 T. lemon juice
Cut and cook broccoli. Drain. In skillet melt butter. Add lemon peel, salt, sugar, pepper. Add cooked broccoli. coat broccoli. Just before serving add: chives, parsley and lemon juice. Can also add slivered almonds.
