Chicken cut into 3" pieces 1/2 cup sugar 5/8 cup soy sauce
Cut chicken into 3" pieces (can use breasts or thighs.) Combine sugar and soy sauce and pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake on other side for 30 minutes. Do not cover. Serve with Soy Sauce Rice.
