6 slices Bacon-fried and finely crumbled.
2 cups Rice-precooked and cooled
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cup celery, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
2 eggs, scrambled
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and saute green pepper, celery, and onions in bacon grease. Add cooled rice. Then add scrambled eggs and soy sauce mixed with sugar before serving. Can also add ham. Serve with Soy Sauce Chicken.
