3 T. melted butter
5 - 6 medium potatoes, sliced (precooked)
1/3 c. diced green peppers
1/4 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute green pepper and onion, brown. Dilute soup with milk and add potatoes and sauce. Cook for 35 minutes at 350 degree oven then add cheese and cook 10 minutes more.
