1 T. fat
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
6 oz. tomato paste
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. noodles
cottage cheese
Romano cheese
egg
parsley
8 oz. Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef and cloves in fat. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook 8 ounces of wide noodles. In a buttered dish layer: sauce (saving some for top), noodles, cottage cheese, Romano cheese, egg and parsley, more meat sauce and Swiss cheese on top. Bake covered at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
