1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup softened butter
1 T lemon juice


Frosting:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl often until well mixed. Shape dough into two logs, 8 x 1 inches. Wrap each log in wax paper, chill until firm (1-2 hours.) Cut each log into 1/4 inch slices. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8-12 minutes. (Do not brown.) cool completely.
Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy. Frost cookies.
