Jell-O Cookies Recipe

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 package (3 oz.) any flavor Jell-O
1 cup shortening
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and Jell-O together. Add shortening and mix well. Then add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
Roll and cut out with cookie cutter. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 8 minutes. These are good plain or frosted.
