1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
10 3/4 oz. can of tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. water
3 slices cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook beef, celery, onion and green pepper until tender, drain. Stir in soup and mustard, mix. Transfer to greased 9" pie plate. In small bowl, combine biscuit mix and water. On floured board, roll dough into a 9" circle. Place over meat mixture, bake at 425º F for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edge to loosen, invert onto a serving platter. Arrange cheese slices, which have been split in half diagonally, in pinwheel pattern on top.
