1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. prepared mustard
3/4 c. catsup
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in a medium saucepan, drain. In small bowl mix together: brown sugar, mustard, catsup, vinegar and salt. Add to beef mixture, place back on the stove and cook 15 minutes on medium heat.
