1 1/2 c oatmeal (plain) 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 egg whites 1/2 cup of water or fat free milk cinnamon 1 tbsp pure honey(optional not needed)
Mix oatmeal, egg whites, brown sugar, liquid and cinnamon together. Add honey if desired. Spoon heaping drop in pan (coat pan with Smart Balance Butter on medium high heat) Cook each side of oatmeal mixture to a light brown or until desired.
