2 cups sifted flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon soda 1 egg 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup sour cream 1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 tablespoon pineapple juice 1 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup coconut (optional)
Combine dry ingredients with sour cream, pineapple and then add juice, nuts and coconut. Bake 350oF oven approximately 45 min
