1 long cucumber 1 1/2 cups yogurt 1/2 cup sour cream 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp green onion 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp vinegar Dash pepper 2 tsp dill weed 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard Pita bread
Sprinkle cucumber with salt, place on paper towel and let stand 1 minute. Pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients. Fold in cucumber, adding more lemon or vinegar to taste. Refrigerate. Use pita bread, cut in 1 inch strips as dippers.
