1 lb. Italian Sausage (hot or mild)
1 28oz can of whole tomatoes
1 14oz can of diced or stewed tomatoes
2 6oz cans of sliced mushrooms
1 can French cut green beans
1 small can of tomato sauce
54oz (1 large can) chicken broth
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 bag frozen tortellini or ravioli

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large pot. Once sausage is brown add chopped onion and garlic, let cook for 2-3 minutes. Add all other ingredients except tortellini/ravioli, do not drain canned vegetables. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Add frozen tortellini/ravioli during the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Top with Parmesan chess once served.
