1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili pepper
5 cups diced zucchini
2 large tomatoes
1 1/2 c. corn

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Drain, add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 30 - 45 min.
